Newsletter (news and offers)

We only send you news and offers if you explicitly ask for them: by ticking the box after a purchase or in the contact form, or by signing up in the site footer (in those last two cases, also confirming via the email we send you). The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. We store your email, your name if you gave it, and the date, source and wording you agreed to, as proof of consent. Emails are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider. Emails about your order (confirmation, shipping and care tips) are not advertising and don't depend on this subscription.

Return policy

Our model is not up to your expectations and you would like to return it? No problem if it happens within two weeks of receiving the item and it is in perfect, unused condition. Please notify us that the return is in progress. After receiving the goods and confirmation on our part that everything is ok, you will receive your money back, including the shipping costs. If you want to exchange the sandals, proceed exactly as described above. In this case, we assume the renewed shipping costs. For our sandals we give 2 years warranty, provided they have been treated properly.
